These terms cover your use of nivoapps.com and the Nivoapps products linked from it (currently JSON Editor Pro and Voyager). By using this site or any Nivoapps product, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

Use Nivoapps products for their intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or gain unauthorized access to any Nivoapps service or infrastructure.

User responsibilities

You're responsible for the content you create, edit, or process using our tools (such as JSON documents in JSON Editor Pro or API requests in Voyager) and for keeping any account credentials (e.g. an optional Voyager sign-in) secure.

Intellectual property

The Nivoapps name, this site's content and design, and each product's software are owned by Nivoapps (or licensed to it) unless otherwise noted. You retain all rights to the data and content you create or process using our tools — we don't claim ownership of your JSON documents, API collections, or similar user content.

Service availability

We aim to keep Nivoapps products available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be added, changed, or removed as products evolve, and we'll make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.

Limitation of liability

Nivoapps products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nivoapps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to services and terms
